Innovation of Excellence (IE) is an after-school programme based in Hillbrow, Johannesburg. Founded in 2022, we focus on developing children from the foundation phase (ECD) to high school level through education, mentorship, and life skills.
We exist to fill the gap often left in our education system — especially for children in under-resourced communities. Through our structured programmes, we help learners with homework, offer extra lessons, introduce basic computer skills, talent aqcuistion, and provide safe spaces for growth.

Why We Exisit
We driven by passion, purpose to awaken the Genius Within Young Ones
Every child is a genius our slogan that describes who we are. We simply believe that no child is born with no purpose, as long as we have a mind to think, then that mind has a purpose. We live to identify the strengths of every child and to make sure we pave the way while they are still young.
Our motivation is to build a stable foundation stage (ECD- Early Childhood Development), giving effective skills and enhancing talents hidden within our great generation. Making sure that our children develop both in Education and have the necessary skills to tackle the reality of the world once they get to the senior stage (AYD- Advanced-Youth Development).
